Account is being used somewhere else

I have gone online and logged off all locations and changed my password but my account still gets interrupted as I'm listening and my recent plays are not what I have selected. I logged into my account at a business onetime to check out their speakers and I wasn't able to log off, but when I'm on the desktop it only shows my cell phone as the device that is linked.

That's not cool! Could you change your passwords and click the 'Sign out everywhere'-button here? Let me know if it happens after that.
