Hi @davidli17,

 

What do mean with I cannot recover my playlists? If you logon to your account via the web page and choose for recover playlists, the list is empty?

 

Only spotify support can check what happened to your account so please contact them.

All it says is that I havnt deleted any playlist.

 

I will try the support page to see if they have some sort of backup cache or information about what happened to my account reset
