Account keeps getting suspended and I am not doing anything wrong

Account keeps getting suspended and I am not doing anything wrong

This is the third time in the past year and a half that I am waking up to my account being shut off for violating TOS, and I don't know how to stop it. I am not sharing my account, making illegal copies of anything, or anything else. It is getting really annoying at this point. Is there any way to stop this, or am I basically stuck with whatever garbage algo keeps thinking I am doing something weird?

We really appreciate the time you took to write this to us. In this case, the best way to go is to get in touch to our Customer Support team, so they can help you checking this. You can find out how to contact them in here. From our side, we don't have access to the accounts of our users, so it's best to check with the Customer Support team.


You can also find out why your account was disabled in your email, since it's possible you received a notification about it there, so we encourage you to check your junk/spam folder or that you don't have our emails blocked.

...and all they keep telling me is that I am making illegal copies, which I am not. I get my account back and then 6 months later, they disable me again for the same reason. Lather, rinse, repeat. 

Can I ask how you got your account back or was it a temporary suspension? My account has been disabled for the past 3 months and they won't respond to any inquiry about it. I have no idea whats going on. There is zero customer service.

Get in a support chat and they will sort you out.

I have spent hours with Spotify support chat waiting every time they 'escalate' it, only to have the chat cut off. Then I have to wait for someone new to get acquainted with the issue. Once I was so lucky to have the person that it was escalated to say they will respond to me by email. Never happened. I emailed support directly multiple times, no response. They won't even respond to my request to have my data for my suspended account.
