Account keeps pausing for not reason

Account keeps pausing for not reason

 

my account keeps pausing and a message tells me it's because another device is using it, but there is no other device using it. i changed my password and it keeps doing this. i can listen to a song for about 20-30 seconds, then is freezes.

Hey,

 

a password change wouldn't log you off on every device.

Go to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ and click on logout on every device at the end of the page.

Try this: Log off again on all devices and only use the webplayer ( https://open.spotify.com )

 

Does it happen again?
