My Question or Issue

Hello !

I live in beetween india and france (6-7months in india and the rest in france).

As for my work, I'm usually connecting using a VPN (to access my private network and for security reasons) and unfortually since few days I'm locked out of my spotify account !!

Since Spotify is available in India (a few months only!) My subscription switched to a indian one (obviously as i spend most of the time here and it's way cheaper...) But apparently even using a VPN is not allowed ? I am currently in france since 2weeks and can't even use it without the vpn !!!!

It seems that their is no issue to use my premium subscription when I am travelling... But it looks like it's not the case

Can you unlock me asap, I miss my musique aldready 😞

Hey @thomas-ghjkl !

Unfortunately Spotify does not provide offical support for VPNs. 

In this case I would reccomend that every time you switch countries you ensure that it matches the country you are residing in for that time.
