Account / log in issues

I have been paying for Spotify for nearly 4 years. I have been unable to login, it tells me I am logged in through Facebook but once I go through that it tells me I do not have an account. I have tried this about 30 times in the last few months and never once been able to login but see a charge on my credit card bill every month for years now. I have looked everywhere for phone numbers or emails to ask for assistance and there is nothing! Horrible  I have been paying for Spotify for nearly 4 years.
