Account login failure and non support

For some reason I have two accounts - Facebook based Free account and a user name / password premium. I have lost the ability to log in to my premium account and when I try and reset the password I'm told to use Facebook.
I tried to contact support but for some reason it was decided by your support software that you have an answer for my query.

I need help resolving this asap or I will isn't not bother and cancel the account

If you've received an automated reply after using the contact form (can I assume that this is what you mean?) that directs you back here, please reply to it. It works even if it's a no-reply. A Spotify staff member will see your issue as soon as possible.
