Account lost in a never-ending loop

My son has an Spotify account. Somehow this is lost in a never-ending loop.

Background: We dont know his user name in spotify. This has been forgotten.

1. If we try to get the username (or password) it by writing in the emailadress on the Restore password page, it says the account is created with Facebook, and we need to handle it from there.

2. If we try to log in with facebook it says there is no Spotify account connected with that Facebook account

So stuck in a never ending loop!

If we instead try to create a new account:

1. If we try to register with the facebook account it says "email already exist"

2. If we try to register with email it says "email already exists"

So something exists on the Spotify side.

Spotify dosnet reply to our request for support....

What to do????

Tried these, and Twitter support worked great. Kudos.
