Account lost

I signed up another account last 12/19/17 using a random email. For some unfortunate circumstances i had to restore my phone to original settings. I subscribe for premium. Now is there any other way to retrieve my username using phone number or any account associated through my phone number instead of my email associated with the account since it was a random email?

You might be able to regain access to your account if you're able to verify your account ownership. Also, in the future, make sure to always use a real email address, especially for paid accounts 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
