Account lost

I have Premium Duo account, money is being taken from my bank account every month. My old phone (where i was logged in) died for good, because the screen didn't respond to any actions. So i changed to new phone and i can't log in to my Spotify account. It doesn't recognize any of my emails and says that i am not registered with Facebook. What can i do?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.


Just to confirm, do you have access to your Premium account on any other device? If so, on the desktop app you can click on your display name > Account  and this will lead you to your Account page where you can see the email you registered on your account. Then, you can reset your password here. On mobile devices, you can go to Settings and under Account you can see your email address. 


If you don't have access on any device to your account, we recommend reaching out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take further assist you with this.
