Account messed up!

Hi guys, so Spotify has changed my username from Esme to a random selection of numbers, I can no longer login with my assigned email address and it cancelled my subscription, then sent me here when I asked for help?? So confused/annoyed! Any help? Ready to switch back to iTunes!!

Sounds like you accidentally created a duplicate account with Facebook by mistake (because Spotify assign these random numbers when you do that)

There are few things you can try:

• Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 

• If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 

• If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt.
