I have a very frustrating problem. I bought an iPad for my mom and I made her an spotify account. But I think also logged in once because I was having a nap with the iPad.

 

So this is the problem: when I logged in on my personal PC, with my facebookaccount-login, it didn't show my name but my mother's. 
I tried 50 times but nothing worked, so I closed the facebook-option in 'preferences' like the FAQ said.

 

I tried again to log in, and it worked, but I lost everything!!!! Friends, Playlists, ... It's like I'm having a new fresh account ... -.-

 

I want my playlists back!.. Can someone help???

It sounds like you have logged into a duplicate account. You need to log out and back in again using your unique Spotify username you chose when you registered and your Spotify password rather than using your Facebook (email address) details to login. You must have a Spotify username if you where able to disconnect from Facebook. 

 

If you don't know your username, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
