My Question or Issue

My profile name and picture are not appearing. I've waited a couple of days thinking it's a bug and it's going to be fixed, but apparently it's not and it's getting annoying. It shows a random code instead of my name and no picture. ( tried to upload one but it doesn't work) Hope anyone could help.

Thanks for rising this up with the community. 

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If that doesn't work, could you try using a desktop version of the app to see if the same thing is showing?

Hey! I've tried reinstalling the app and still doesn't work. And on PC it
shows the same thing, but anyway, thanks for replying :)))

I hope you don't mind if I jump in 🙂 Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. I'll try to help you out.

It sounds like you might have opted out of sharing your data with Facebook. You can check this on your account page here. You should also make sure that on Facebook's end here, Spotify has to be allowed to have access to personal data.
