Account no longer exists (for second time)

Hi - I tried logging into my account with my email address and it says that "the email address you provided is not associated with a spotify account". 

I am a paying customer. This is the second time this has happened. The last time this happened, I had to create a whole new account. I lost all my music, my playlists. I had to re-enter my billing details, and was likely double charged for my subscription. This is completely infuriating, especially since it's now happening for a second time. I've had to create a second account (*moderator edit*) just to be able to contact you, since you have to be logged into your account (which I can't do) to request help. It's completely rediculous that you can't access help any other way!

I switched over from apple music because I thought spotify offered a superior service. This is extremely dissapointing. 

I would like to have access to my old account which is paid for and registered under *moderator edit* restored. Please advise how you will rectify this situation immediately.

We know it's not cool when you have trouble accessing your account.

It looks like you may have duplicate accounts that conflicts your logins.

We recommend reaching out to the Spotify advisors. They would be happy to look into your issue if you contact them via one of the below ways:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
