Hi,

Since yesterday, I can't open the spotify application with my account to listen to music. I have reset my password on the website however any information about my Family subcription is specified. And, even if I have a new password, it does not work on the application (photo & computer). I paid my monthly subcription on Monday and on Tuesday, it was not working anymore and it seems my account has been deleted... can you have a look and help me ?

Hey Claire, help's here.

 

Your subscription status shouldn't affect your account login, and you can log in even if you revert to Free. 

 

We suggest that you go through this help article for further assistance. You can also try switching between logging in with your username and your email address.

 

If that doesn't work, please get back to us with a screenshot of the error message and we'll see what we can do.
