Account not registered

Pretty straightforward, for some reason whenever I try to log on to my main premium account it lets me in for 2 before throwing out and saying it wrong username or password, ofc I then proceeded to trying the reset password feature but it shortly said the account isnt registered, while I still can even find it and its playlists with my other account.
