The website you mentioned isn’t affiliated with Spotify and isn’t an authorized reseller of Spotify Premium. If you’ve already made a payment, I recommend contacting them for a refund.

 

If you’re still interested in upgrading to Premium, you can do so directly at https://spotify.com/premium.
