My Question or Issue

We are trying to play music but keeps coming up as paused due to the account being used by another device. We have tried logging out of all devices and reinstalling spotify. Still having the same issue. We tried using the Log out of all devices feature in accounts and changing the password but still having the same issue. I have tried contacting spotify through twitter on multiple occasions but get no response. Anyone have any ideas?

try deleting the app and re installing it

We have tried that on all devices already and still doing it

Would be great if someone from Spotify could help out with this. Been 2 weeks without music and have tried contacting and getting no response. Is there an email or DM that I can use to actually get a response?

I think you should directly email or call spotify because it's probably a glitch or something
