Just a quick question!

I was notified my last payment didnt go through with itunes, so I paid it and the full payment came out. Yet my account is still paused 4 days later!!! help 😧

I have tried signing in and out, plus re installed the app. Plus when I signed in on the web to my account, it said I had to pay on the Spotify website 😕

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

 

After you've done that, I recommend signing up directly through Spotify. You actually save a little bit on your monthly account cost by using Spotify versus iTunes.
