Spotify took my Funds out my account and it got my account paused so I can't listen to my playlist why is that

This doesn't sound right. I'd recommend you reach out to the Spotify staff so that they can look into this and un-pause your account if possible. To do that, you should use the contact form. After you've sent it, make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive even if it's a no-reply. Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
