My wife cant access spotify.
She hasnt been logged in for very long.
We cant restore password as her email does not exist.
And we cant create new account because her email adress is already in use.
What are we supposed to do now?
There is no way for us to contact spotify about this.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
Thanks but as you see in my previous post this page does not accept my email as i dont have the password.
I CAN NOT get a new password as spotify does not recognize my email adress.
AND i cant start a new account as my email adress is already in use.

If you were looking to reach over to us, without the Username or password, the second link that our good friend MattSuda posted is the place to go. (This one) Here you should be able to provide as much detail as you can regarding your troubles with login etc. without having to login. (In the username box, just re-add the email address) 😉
Once you've reached out to that form, you will receive an automated reply, just reply back to this and let us know the 8 digit case # here. We'll then give the accounts teams a nudge and they can take a look behind the scenes for you!
