Account problems

I haven't used Spotify for years. A friend recently brought it up and I want to use it again - but I'm having loads of issues trying to log in. My account was facebook linked, but I have no idea how I used to log in. I can kind of log in with "Sign in with Facebook", but it's automatic and I keep getting loads of errors (barely found a way to actually download Spotify). I try to create an account with my email, says it's in use. I try to "Forgot my password" with my email, says it's not an activated email.

Any help would be appreciated.

Any help? I can't even access the account page because all I get is this error every time:
