Account problems

When I signed in Spotify, I used my gmail to register. Someday, I accidentally tried to login with Facebook, which uses the same email. Spotify logged in, but it created another account.

Now, I forgot my password and tried to send it to my email, but it keeps to inform that I use my credencials from Facebook and I should change it from there. But if I try to use the same email and same password than Facebook in Spotify, it says my password or email is wrong.

I know friends who successfully transformed the regular Spotify mail account to the Spotify Facebook account, like it became only one account, the same account. But when I tried, it didn't work, it still 2 different accounts, with differents playlists, friends...

I recently had problems with payment and now I can't solve it. I need to login but I just can't!

Please, can someone help me to make the 2 accounts became the same (because it's the same email registered)?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you merge both accounts within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
