Account problems

Hey so around late 2018 I wasn’t able to log into my account with a different email address so I just created another one with a different email address than the one before and just followed my playlists from the other one. But recently, Spotify has been deleting the playlists that I follow from my other account. I was wondering if there is a way for Spotify to contact me so that I can get a password reset for the old account so that I can restore them.

Are you able to access the email address on your old account? If so, you can reset your password here and then log back in to the old account.


If you want to continue using the new account, you can follow the steps in this Spotify Answer to transfer content from one account to another.
