Hello guys, i just want to add 1 account to my spotify but i want to add it today, my due date is every 1st, should i wait till my due date to add that person? or can i added it today and im going to get a partial charge on my due date? or how does it work?

Do you mean a Family subscription? According to the FAQ article and this community article :

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to the Spotify Family plan, any remaining time that you've already paid for gets equally divided between you and your member(s), so this can bring your next payment date forward. You can review your renewal date on the subscription page.
