My Question or Issue

Hi, after my family plan owner was changed, I was logged out of my account. I logged in with the same email and password  and the images I put on my playlist/profile was all gone, was prompted to select 3 artists. I even searched up my profile, and there was a duplicate of it (Old profile before plan issuer was changed). Will this affect things such as Spotify Wrapped?

Hey @aquakigori,

 

Only one account per email is technically possible, so if you're finding your old account in Search, something may have gone south here.
As we don't have access to your accounts from the Community though, we'd advise checking this with our support folks 🙂
