Account reverted to Free from Premium, still paying

I submitted a help conact form several hours ago, but have not heard back.  My situation is as follows:

 

I had spotify premium for some time. I recently noticed that I was getting a bill from Itunes in addition to a bill from Spotify. I called itunes and they verified that I was being billed for spotify premium via Itunes/app store. I told them to cancel that as I am already paying for premium via spotify. Upon cancelling the itunes payment/subscription, I lost my premium. Although I was still billed by Spotify on 2/6/16. I do not think that the spotify bill is paying for a separate account. I do have a facebook spotify account which I don't ever really use (and is not the account that I am complaining about). I checked my facebook-spotify account and it is not premium, and there are no other accounts I know of that I could be paying for. I just want to restore the account I am currently on, to premium, but also ensure that I don't continue to pay double the regular fee each month.
