I've just got a new iPhone 6 and ehen I've downloaded spotify none of my playlists were on there and it looks like I'm now on a Free account. Spotify on my old iPhone and iPad were fine until I logged out and back in again and now I have the same problem there. When I log into Spotify.com it also appears as if I'm on a Free subscription. I've checked my credit card statement and the last payment was made mid Jan so it doesn't look like there's any problem there. Any idea?

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
