Account's been hacked

Account's been hacked

So I remember resetting my password in early December cause I couldn't login, then a month ago the same problem appeared again. Haven't had the time to get around to finding out what the problem is until now. I saw an email saying that not only my password but also my contact email has been changed to <removed sensitive information>, which is not mine, so there goes my subscription again. 

 

As of right now my access to anything about the old account has been completely blocked and I can only make a post here with a new account registered with Facebook.

 

Is there anyway you can change my email to my current one and reset the password?

Let me know if you need any info to prove my identity and let's hope my credit card ID is not stolen as well.
