Account seems hidden/private even though set to public

Hello,

I have checked all my settings and even though my account is set to public and my music viewable etc. people are still having trouble searching for me. My account appears to be hidden and people can't see what I've been listening to.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Try this:

Type the following code into the Spotify search bar

spotify:user:[username]

replacing [username] with the Spotify username

[louisehitchings]

I just tried that but it says the user profile failed to load?
