Account seems lost

Account seems lost

Hi,

 

today i got the Information, that my Account will be transferref to something like „Spotify Stockholm AB“

i had to agree the new terms of privacy and so on.

After Doing so, my account got lost. I could not log in. After resetting my password my account was there, but Emtpy.

 

My Premium family Account with all content is lost. Please help.

(Happend on iOS 12.3.1 in the Spotify App, the account is also gone when i try to log on to the spotify account website..)

Sounds like someone might have taken over your account! Be sure to change both your Spotify password and your Facebook password. Then, log out everywhere on your Spotify account page and your Facebook profile.
