Account seems to have been deleted

I was listening to Spotify last night fine, but this morning I've been logged out and received an email saying I've cancelled my premium subscription, which I didn't.

 

When trying to reset my password it says both my username and email are not associated with an active account.

 

Can someone help please? I fear my account may have been hacked.

I would contact customer support and forward them the email you received with your account username or email.
