I cannot log in to my Spotify account using my usual details. When I attempt to recover my password, I receive an email in Spanish. I attempted to contact Spotify on Twitter but could not get any joy from there. I have had to cancel two debit cards (I wasn't sure which was stored against the Spotify account). I would like to reactivate my account and make an official complaint but cannot find any support number or email address.
This is not the level of support I expect from an international organisation that holds my card details. Does anyone have any idea how I can go about getting this situation recitfied?
