Account seems to have been hacked

I cannot log in to my Spotify account using my usual details. When I attempt to recover my password, I receive an email in Spanish. I attempted to contact Spotify on Twitter but could not get any joy from there. I have had to cancel two debit cards (I wasn't sure which was stored against the Spotify account). I would like to reactivate my account and make an official complaint but cannot find any support number or email address. 

 

This is not the level of support I expect from an international organisation that holds my card details. Does anyone have any idea how I can go about getting this situation recitfied?

 

(Just to note, I've had to create another account on here just to post this message)

The support team usually responds to all tweets and direct messages within 48 hours 🙂
