Account showing playlists that I never created/followed

My Question or Issue

So this is super weird, and I only noticed it happening a few months ago. However, I'll wake up some mornings, open Spotify and see playlists that have been created and followed that was not done by me. Also, when I look at "Made For You" it shows artists that I've never heard of. It's like my account has been merged with another? No clue how this has happened but there's definitely a bug here.
