I' m not able to download music,

Hello! I have a premium plan but I can’t download my playlist in my IOS but I can using my android phone. It’s saying You’re out of offline devices even though I deleted everything in my devices. Help!

From what I've read there is a 5 device limit for downloads, i don't even own 5 devices, and the only other one i recall having downloads on was my old phone i just replaced and wiped so i can't go into it to delete the downloads since i factory reset it.  why can't we view/manage devices logged into from the website or one of the apps?
