Account showing up wrong music, reset mail links to "send reset email" over and over again

Hello!

My son cannot get into his account which is linked to my Family account.

For several days he has had trouble with this. At first he thought he'd logged into someone elses account because playlists showed up that he did not create and his own playlists were gone. 

Then he tried to log in via Facebook which is an old Spotify account of his and it shows only one of his playlists, not all the others.

Then when he tries to get his password reset he is sent a link in an emil which only links back to the "reset password" page, a total circle which he can't get out of.

On another note I've always wondered how he could be linked to my Family account when his data did not show up on my Family page but only was showing that an email invite was sent.
