Account stolen...

So how is it even possible to change an accounts email by not verifying the actual email?
Why would anyone with any kind of security thinking even make that possible?

I’m certain that my email was not breached.

So today I just noticed my Spotify email was changed to some random email and so was my password.

I thought I would contact Spotify to get all this sorted out… To my surprise this huge company does not even have an emergency support phone line or chat… Also to get anything done you have to log in to your account? What’s going on here?!
To even write here I had to make a new random account…

Anyway I sent an email but has not got any reconnection from you guys so is there someone here that can help me?
