My Question or Issue

My account got hacked and they changed the email, the only thing that I still have is the account name. My dad is still paying the premium so its a little bit annoying that it got hacked. My question now is what to do?

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for posting.

About your issue, I suggest that you be in touch with the Customer Support immediately.

Probably they may need a screenshot of your Spotify receipt or bank statement for security purposes. Please have this on-hand when getting in touch (and make sure it does not show your full credit card number, expiration date, or 3-digit code).

 

Follow these steps below to be in touch with the CS and recover your account:

  1. Go to our contact form.
  2. Select Logging in.
  3. Choose I can't log in to Spotify. 
  4. Click I STILL NEED HELP.

We'll then take all the necessary steps to secure your account and return access to you.
