Account suspended as monthly payment failed on 12th April ..

Account suspended as monthly payment failed on 12th April ..

Gave a new credit card , looks like I have to wait until 12th May to use Sotify , is this normal?

Thanks for reaching out.


I'm not aware of any cases where Spotify disables an account because of a failed payment. In such cases, the account simply reverts back to Spotify's free plan. 🙂
