Account switch and student discount is not applicable

I'm switching my old account to a new one. As I cancelled the old account's premium subscription of the old account and tried to use the same student discount from the old on the new one, I was informed that my student discount ID has already been used. 

 

Is there any way I can use the ID again?

This is likely because your Student ID is linked to your old account.

 

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
