My account has been taken over. I have received emails that it was accessed from various different countries and when I received those I changed my password (multiple times). I have also clicked sign out from everywhere and disabled access to third party accounts. Last evening I spoke with a help bot.

 

Today, when I opened Spotify it showed "playing on Jessica's iPhone" and a bunch of playlists that I would not listen to in recently played.

 

Getting fed up, please help.
