Account transfer results in not activatable premium.

Hello Spotify-Community,

 

Spotify transfered my student discount premium from my old account to this one. But now when i try to reactivate it i get a error message because all the premium packages include a 3 month free trial and i already had one trial. I guess the problem is that for my email adress it is saved that i already had such trial. Which makes sense but i cant upgrade to premium right now.

 

Hope someone can help me

I'm not sure about what is going on with your subscription, so could you be more clear about it? Do you want to reactivate your Student discount on your new account, right?
