Account trouble

So my spotify logged me out, i can not remember my password (well thats what the app tells me) i have tried the reset password and it says it has sent me a link but i guess i must have it linked to an old email address that i no longer have access to, i know my username and im almost certain i had it linked with my facebook, but when i continue with facebook it says no account found then i press create new account and it just says "we are currently experiancing problems" this has been for 4 days now..can't stand lsitening to the radio in my car i jsut want my spotify back 😞
