My Question or Issue

Today I tried to log into the desktop app of spotify but found I was logged out, when I attempted to log in again I was told that there is no email associated with a spotify account, however when I search for my profile I can still see the profile is up. I contacted support and it says the account is marked for deletion but I don't remember doing this and the email is nowhere in my spam/deleted folder, I am wondering if someone had access to my emails and deleted my account or perhaps it happened accidentally. Please advise, is there a way to manually reactivate the account without a link? 

 

My username is <snip - Moderator Edit>, I would really appreciate help on this as I have been a premium subscriber for many years and do not want to lose my account.

I recommend reaching out to Support the same way you did last time, since they're the only one's who are able to look into it 🙂
