Account unusable

My account is unusable at this point. On any device, Echo, Through sonos, on Android and on the desktop player, spotify is playing random songs that I have not selected. If I select a song it might play for a few seconds and then switch to music that I have not selected. The music is not from any playlist I have nor is it from the que. I am concerned that my account was compromised and changed passwords and that did not help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled spotify on my devices and that did not help. I have disabled autoplay and that did not help. On android and desktop application songs begin playing without any input. I will attempt to pause a song and it will pause for a moment and then begin playing yet another song that I have not selected.
