Account used by someone i dont know

Hi!

I have a problem with my account.
Someone is using it but i dont know who? I have tried to reset my password on spotify and my hotmail but he/she keeps using it.
Can someone tell me what i can do to get him/her get logged out from his computer so he cant use it anymore?
It bothers me when im listening to music and it pauses because "spotify is being used somwhere else"..
