Account was Hacked

A while after I got Spotify, my account was hacked and the hacker changed the password. There are literally playlists through which he communicated to me that he hacked the account and bought it on some forum website. I emailed Spotify support a year ago and they sent a link to restore the password that did not work. They didn't respond afterwards.

Since then I've gotten a new account, paid for years worth of premium, and all I really want are my old playlists back. The hacker deleted them, so they would only be accessable on that account through settings. Is there any way I can get those playlists? At this point access to the account doesn't even matter. Thanks a lot!!

Since it's been so long, I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support again and reopening a new case. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
