Account was hacked, email changed

I am still able to get into my account through my facebook however the email and DOB has been changed.  I emailed support, my ticket number is 02697149.  I have all the information to prove it is my account, I would just like to get this other guy off of my account ASAP.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
