My Question or Issue
My account was hacked and the email was changed. (I am currently using a new account made just so I could access this forum.)
It has been three days, and I have submitted the contact form asking for help twice. I haven't even gotten a confirmation that my contact form was received. Nothing at all from Spotify. I tried tweeting too, and their Twitter account is actively DM'ing other users to offer help, but nothing for me.
Please, please, PLEASE. How do I get them to listen to me? Someone else has access to my account. This is urgent. I have been a paying customer for 5 years... I am stunned there has been no response. I feel helpless and I don't know what to do.
I can provide info if needed (my real account's email, and the email it was changed to by the hacker).
