My Question or Issue

My account was hacked and the email was changed. (I am currently using a new account made just so I could access this forum.) 

 

It has been three days, and I have submitted the contact form asking for help twice. I haven't even gotten a confirmation that my contact form was received. Nothing at all from Spotify. I tried tweeting too, and their Twitter account is actively DM'ing other users to offer help, but nothing for me. 

 

Please, please, PLEASE. How do I get them to listen to me? Someone else has access to my account. This is urgent. I have been a paying customer for 5 years... I am stunned there has been no response. I feel helpless and I don't know what to do. 

 

I can provide info if needed (my real account's email, and the email it was changed to by the hacker).

Please, use this contact form to reach Customer Support: 

  1. Select Logging in.
  2. Choose Someone's taken over my account. 
  3. Click I STILL NEED HELP.
  4. Provide all the info needed and don't close the chat or browser window.
  5. Wait for the response.

You should be able to chat with someone there.
